Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the th13 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all policies referenced herein. The th13 platform is a service offered exclusively to users aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. th13 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time as a compliance measure.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and th13 as the service provider. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Account Creation, Security, and Account Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at th13. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. th13 will never ask for your password through any channel. Any suspicious activity should be reported to us immediately.
Th13 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraud, provides false information, or uses the platform for unlawful purposes. Such decisions are final.
Th13 services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a th13 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken on your account:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games or betting.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to another individual.
- Taking any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the th13 platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that goes against the stipulated terms.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activity.

Th13 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the th13 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. th13 uses secure local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and approved e-wallets.
All deposits are processed in MYR with minimum amounts set according to the chosen payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. th13 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated business hours. Users must complete identity verification requirements before their first withdrawal is approved. th13 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for necessary security review purposes.
Th13 accepts no responsibility for any taxes, fees, or charges that may be imposed by a user's financial institution in connection with any transaction on our platform. Users are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Th13 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the th13 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of th13 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission from th13.
The th13 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. th13 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
